BRITISH PANCAKES

  • 7oz/200gr plain flour
  • 2oz/50gr sugar (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 10fl oz / 300 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (optional, if you want them to rise a little bit)

5 minutes 10 minutes 8 Pancakes

 

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
  2. Enjoy the magic.

Note: If you like your pancakes ticker add a bit more flour to make the mixture more consistent. If instead, you like your pancakes super thin, don’t add the baking powder.
