- 7oz/200gr plain flour
- 2oz/50gr sugar (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 10fl oz / 300 ml milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp baking powder (optional, if you want them to rise a little bit)

METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
- Enjoy the magic.
Note: If you like your pancakes ticker add a bit more flour to make the mixture more consistent. If instead, you like your pancakes super thin, don’t add the baking powder.
