VEGAN PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup vegetable milk (we used soy milk)
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

8 Pancakes

METHOD

  1. In a smaller separate bowl mix the vegetable milk with the vinegar, and let it rest.
  2. In a bigger bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Add the liquid mixture to the bigger bowl and mix it all together.
  4. Enjoy the magic.
