INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 cup vegetable milk (we used soy milk)
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

METHOD
- In a smaller separate bowl mix the vegetable milk with the vinegar, and let it rest.
- In a bigger bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Add the liquid mixture to the bigger bowl and mix it all together.
- Enjoy the magic.
