Delivery is free for all UK mainland orders. Orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Republic of Ireland will be subject to an extra delivery charge due to being classed as “out of area” by our courier.
We process orders Monday to Friday, your order will be shipped the same day if your order is placed before 1pm. Orders are shipped on a standard delivery service and are expected to arrive 3-5 working days from when the order was placed.
Next day delivery is available at an extra cost (orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify for next day delivery)
Please note that when placing your order, you should choose a delivery address where a person will be available to sign for the parcel. If there is no one available to sign for a parcel, the delivery driver will leave a card to let you know a delivery attempt has been made. They will make up to 3 attempts to deliver before holding the parcel at their depot for collection.
Please note that as we sometimes use Amazon fulfilment centres that your package may arrive in Amazon-branded packaging.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however, if you do need to return an item, you may cancel your order within 30 calendar days after you receive your item and receive a full refund, excluding postage and packing charges. You must cover the cost for returning the unwanted item. Products must be returned to us in their original packaging. Products not returned to us in their original packaging or that have missing parts will be subject to a restocking fee.
Cancellations and returns after this period has expired will not qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.
To return an item please contact email@example.com and when returning your parcel please include a note with your order number, name and address. We will only be able to process your return if this information is present.
